Initiate Your Request

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging with all VITAL+ tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off point and keep your tracking number to monitor the status of your refund or replacement.
